I had my f2f at the beginning of last week.
I called DWP today to request a copy of the assessment and wrote last week with further evidence as well as a formal request for copy assessment.
I learnt today that the assessment is still not showing on the DWP system some 5 working days later from f2f but was advised that this was normal!
Also advised that I should get a decision in 3-4 weeks.
Should I be worried or this just because of caseloads for DM?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I would have expected it to be available by now, it could be that it has been received but not logged as received or it could be being audited by the Assessment Provider, this is done randomly.
Contact the AP for an update on the report.

I was previously on DLA and await the final decision from DM although. Customer services confirmed high scores on both parts.
At what point do they transfer you in terms of payment from DLA to Pip.?
Is it date of medical assessment,? Date of application or decision makers decision?
Just wondering if I might have any funds owing?

DLA will continue for 4 weeks after the PIP decision (whatever that decision is).

If you are currently receiving DAL then there will be no backdating of your PIP award which will start four weeks after the Decision is made.

Three plus weeks since assessment and my phone call to DWP proved positive.
I have been awarded enhanced for care and mobility.
Please accept my huge gratitude to this wonderful and supportive site. By following the guides, taking my time with my form to ensure every difficulty I incur per day was highlighted and which element of my vast medical history related to each task, I finally have my result.
8 months of sleep deprivation, worry, panic and sheer fear of the process has finally come to an end for now. I await the letter to confirm how long my entitlement will be for. I will let you know.
To anyone reading my post, please please do pay attention to the guides. It is in your long text, interest to spend as much time as you can to explain in the form your activities and inabilities to complete tasks no why.
Again, thank you so much, B&W
