Hi
Thank you.
I also contacted Customer Relations
Centre for Health and Disability Assessments,
They replied in writing with 'if the DWP have advised you that it has been issued to you in error then that will indeed be the case.'
with regards
xxxx
I shall write to DWP, however very difficult to ascertain which DWP office is dealing with my case as I have post from Cheltenham, Plymouth, Honiton, Chippenham and this latest one with a new ESA form to complete from Bristol.
It was Bristol I phoned.
It would be nice to know where to send it
Many thanks
xx

Good afternoon,
I have sent the letter of complaint to the Bristol office along with a copy of the letter for my SOR, ESA 85A, etc as was suggested.
I notified my MP, just to keep him in the loop in case he needed to act on my behalf.
He was astounded by what has transpired and has already actioned a complaint and is dealing with it.
So the DWP will be well and truly taken to task now, again.
I shall update as things progress
Hopefully my saga will help others to deal with their ESA journey as my DLA to PIP helped others too

Update.
Received in the post this morning my ES 85A plus the LT54.
ESA 85 does not indicate a length of award in the Prognosis section - just 'work is unlikely in the long term'.
Justifications
list of info re my spinal injury and only highlighting 'unable to transfer independently' and a note 'this will not change'
Thus just a short synopsis highlighting the first point that provided 15 points and stopped there at reading any further info I sent them.
LT54
Only on functional activity they awarded 15 points and listed the rest at 0, therefore did not decide to look at anything else after the first 15 points had been achieved.
This shows that it is a perfunctory Med form etc as the HCP/DM did not want/require looking at the whole scenario of my health needs/problems etc.
I know they are required to do a thorough evaluation but obviously time constraints/agendas, no longer permits /needs this to be completed.
The above info may be of help to those awaiting results from theIr ESA 85A LT 54.
Still no real answer as yet re the ESA 50 that was sent in error less than 3 months after completing one !!! time will tell !!!!

Hi pcm,
It is very common for an assessment to be terminated once the threshold for an award has been reached.
