So these are separate problems. The assessor should take copies of the evidence if they don't then you would be entitled to make a complaint.

It's possible that the form and the attached documents have become separated at DWP, they may have both or only the form but you won't know until you contact them. If the latter then you should send copies to the DWP of the missing pages, especially if you have problems with the assessor.

If this is the first appointment and you have not rearranged a previous one then you can cancel this one and book another date in a couple of weeks time, however, if it is not the first appointment then you must attend or your will be classed as failing to attend and the claim will likely be closed by the DWP.

I would not expect the documents being missing to be accepted as Good Cause for missing the assessment.

Hello to all,
just had our face 2 face.... how soon can we request the copy of an assessment report?
What now? How long to wait for result and what to do next?

You should be able to get a copy of the report at the end of the week by contacting the DWP office dealing with the claim.

PIP Decisions are taking 2-4 weeks on average.

Have received our assessment report copy in general accurate apart from a few vital parts.
Question- can these inaccuracy- or rather totally got wrong parts be corrected, if yes, how?
Thank you.

There is a narrow window for you to contact the Decision Maker in, send them a letter with your concerns addressed to the Decision Maker at the DWP office dealing with your claim, make it clear that the information pre-dates any Decision so that it is not taken as an MR request if it is received after the Decision is made.
