Be aware, a Tribunal would not be able to take any account of her deteriorated condition, they can only look at how it was at the time the Decision was made.

Hi, yes I understand it would after be a change of circumstances
It's was last year when they came out for the assement , My wife is unsure at the moment the final decision will be be made by my wife and orthopaedic report we are hoping things are not to bad then things will stay the same , Thank you for your help

Hi, Just to say no further forward MRI scan and then loads of
X-rays nday of appointment , spine , feet, knee, ankles everything to be honest , The specialist as also done blood tests , My wife is to be seen again on 8/8 August ,so still in limbo at the moment

Hi, after month of tests my wife as been given the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, I been told that some people that not all doctors take this diagnosis serious , my wife suffering badley , do you think pip take it serious as she is seriously thinking of asking for a change in circumstances , your advice would be valuable

It's not the diagnosis that is important but the limitations that result from the condition that will be assessed.

You mention her reporting a change but do not refer to any deterioration in her condition, just a diagnosis, she needs to consider whether she might reasonably score the extra points needed for a higher award, even if her conditions have worsened, it does not necessarily mean that she will!
