Hi All, just had a letter from the tribunal service my appeal has been accepted, just wondering how long DWP normally take to send their submission and the bundle? On a brighter note as I said in a previous post I had WCA as Marylebone on 23/9/17, I did think it went well and felt that the assessor, a nurse, seemed genuinely caring and listened to everything I told her, but after the farce that was my PIP assessment I didnt want to say anything in case I had got it wrong, once bitten, twice shy, but I am so pleased and relieved to say that I have been awarded ESA and remain in the support group, Just want to say a big thank you to B&W and particularly Gordon and this forum for the advice and tips so generously given.

The DWP have 28 days to produce their submission although it is usually a lot quicker, they will send a copy to you directly and one to the Tribunal Service.

Many congratulations on the ESA award. Well done.

just wanted to let everyone know I had my appeal for PIP this morning and I am absolutely delighted to say that I was awarded standard rate daily care and standard rate mobility for 5 years, I am in tears with happiness, such a weight off my mind. I really want to thank B&W for this fantastic site and everyone who posts on here particularly Gordon, your advice is priceless and truly appreciated. My advice to everyone is appeal if you get the wrong decision I was so scared and didn't want to do this as it causes the health issues you have to worsen in my opinion, but when justice prevails it is worth it. The tribunal really listens to you, I went from 4 points for both daily care and mobility so no award to 9 points daily care and 8 points mobility and I had no new evidence, unlike the assessor they actually wanted to hear what I had to say.

That's terrific news, well done.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks for the DWP to process a Tribunal result.

I would give them a call at the end of the week to check that they have received the Decision Notice.
