Hi taylor,

You can certainly include evidence from non-medical persons, if this is what you mean.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Dear Mrs Hurtyback,
Thank you.
With OCD been one of my conditions I use a very excessive amount of water, taps left running, washing hands and other water usage rituals.
I on water meter and my supplier is willing to provide evidence for me that I do use water excessively compared to property similar to mine.
That was my thinking.
Thanks.

It certainly won't do any harm but you will have to show how your rituals impact on your ability to perform the descriptor activities.

Thank you Mrs Hurtyback,
Do you mean like informing them that it takes me over two hours to wash/bathe because of my routines and counting, meaning that it takes a very unreasonable amount of time. Leaving me so exhausted that I am unable to do any other activities.
Thanks.

Yes, this would be a much better argument than the amount of water that you use, the time it takes you to complete an activity is one of the issues that comes under the broader term of reliably, although the amount of water might be indicative of the time it takes you. See the PIP claim guide for more information

Dear Moderators,

With regards to answering the questions for PIP.

Do you follow the structure you recommend in the guides for each condition/medication, or do you start by saying you have problems with the activity because of x,y and z ?

Thanks.
