DLA to PIP ,Just started Change over

I see, 2 questions Gordon would it be worth putting a few photos in or is this not done?
And the Lady that took me to the interview can she write what happened ?
Is it worth it or am I just causing myself more stress in other words just keep it simple Sounds like going though every point the HP made would be as bad as filling the PIP2 Form and at the end of the day it's the same people.
It's been the only thing going through my mind and I'm no good with words, basically the stress is making me ill

Thank you Gordon I'm just finding it hard because I have to some how find a hole just to get the MR attention
The MR do they just go off what the Atos HP Said in his report or do that look at my PIP2 Form as well ..I am saying the Atos HP avoided all the condition questions and kept it simple so as to score low points and that is what he did even when I prompted him in direction of say Bowel incontinence he played it down to needs pads When in reality I need assistance with getting changed you see he did this with every prompt again I need help getting dressed washing between waste and shoulders again played it down needs an aid How do I get the MR to look at just one of these There is medical evidence for all you see it was all just not addressed he got his 10points and that's exactly what he wanted And he said we usually ask for a few physical test but I can see you can't do them so don't worry I won't be asking He knew dam well his aim was for less than 12 hence him saying " I can see your stressed so I'll fly through these questions and you can crack on. its hard Gordon when it was blatant. I did some writing this evening and said it as it was it's probably not the way to go but I got a lot said regarding what should have been looked at but it's let's say forward but honest The Atos HP was a very clever man in respect he knows how to cut someone off when it comes to points. Gordon I have explained every thing really well Like need help when I have a Bowl incontinence as my Arthritis and Diabetic Neuropathy is really bad This was all dismissed
Can I ask you Gordon I have Mild Cognitive impairment since 2014 does this count as a cognitive impairment in the eyes of PIP my memory is bad I forget to take or double up on my evening insulin hence need reminding which I do
I can't see anywhere it classes M.C.I you see the HP as put down no cognitive impairments ? I give in I'm betting he is right too again
