Oh dear mind you I was never asked and I've just shot myself in the foot as I didn't read the guild properly ..no points for phone call reminders just seen it well last night mind you it would have made no difference I was well and truly Roasted I can't change what I put on my PIP2 Form in the MR can I when putting my case forward on paper Or can I

You would need to explain that you misunderstood the criteria, even then I doubt it will be accepted for an MR, however, it is perfectly possible that an appeal panel would accept your reasons.

When phoning the DWP why do they record as they say some conversations for training purposes ...is there a chance it's for the MR Assessment to listen to Or is that just Paranoia on my part. Also how fair are Paper appeals are they on the same evidence, Would they actually look at a GP'S letter and a Clinical Psychology letter, The Atos HP told me that mine were to old being 2015 I didn't really understand why that matters ...Something to do with being over 12 months old ?

They are recorded for evidential reasons but I would not expect any of the conversations to be included in any Decision resulting from you requesting an MR.
Paper appeals are handled in the exactly the same way as an Oral one, with the obvious exception that they will not be asking you questions and will only use the evidence available to them at the hearing.
Unlike the DWP DM, the panel will pay equal weight to all of the evidence available, both your and the information from the DWP.
Old evidence will tend to carry less weight, unless you can show that it is still relevant to your conditions as they are now.

Thank you Gordon very well explained ...I was going to photograph a Zip that's how mad it's got seems me unzipping a zip means I can now go play the drums so to speak and here's me thinking of sending a pic because it was at heart hight vertical with a Lanyard on it, Gravity does the work really ..I've not ordered a drum kit yet, But I see what you mean now regarding MR results and I can't use the recording I made as it so shows a diffrent story, Yet the friend that took me after reading the Atos HP report couldn't believe the difference between talk and type so to speak. It's all there to be listened to. You would be banged to rights if it was Police Surveillance. To be honest Gordon I've stopped stressing now it's just not worth it, One can only decide when to breath out and say Enough what will be will be ...I can't believe I was going to take a photo of a ZIP
