Yes your right Gordon thinking about it after I had my moment so to speak I need to press the areas that were purposely under marked as to keep to 10. That would be cruel to get one point

I have been thinking yet again and I can't see how things can change for the better regarding reports that might be a few years old, What good would it be having the same letter from my GP as it would be should he write me one. Or any specialis reports. Once you've got Chronic Pancreatitis and as a result you have severe Bowel incontinence why would an upto date letter make any difference, It's never going to change and there is only so much treatment can be done should it have been 2 years back it was written in a letter. Most of my medical evidence is years old but it's not going to change the fact that Medical Conditions are never going to improve, its like saying I have type 1 Diabetes but I don't go to see the Diabetic team every year even though I should, it will never ever improve its manageable and will no doubt become worse over time. But the assessment is based on ability to do an activity and not what Medical history one has. So if I have Bowel incontinence need assistance in getting cleaned/changed due to Athuritis and Diabetic Neuropathy What diffrence would an upto date Medical report be when it's all ready been done, I'm saying my Atos Assessment was incorrect and the MR should consider the Medical Evidence, as there is no more to send it would be the same. I would have awarded me the same award the DWP did based on the Atos report and I have told them this in the MR request letter but not in a blunt way. The Zip photographer ...well a friend with a Point n Push camera said "You might get a DWP assessor that's in a good mood " make sure it doesn't land on a Monday morning. Is that sound advice or what ..its like saying " Never see an Atos HP last thing on a Friday afternoon ...Oh, it was too. "Finish how you mean to start that's an Atos saying ready for Monday. 00.45 in the Morning and I'm having a rant .. But I'll sleep better I hope So that's Good night from me and it's Good night from ....

I'm not arguing with your logic, but you need to put yourself in the mind of a Decision Maker, providing you don't have a problem with small spaces. They are trained that old evidence doesn't count and that almost any condition can improve or be adapted to so if you can source more recent evidence then I would advise yo to do so.

Yes the DWP have copies of all the documentation in connection with your claim.

MRs typically take 5-8 weeks, it could be quicker but it could also be longer.

Thank you Gordon I will be sending in the morning recorded I have added some bits but again it's wait and see. I did phone up today as the address seemed somewhat strange and the Lady on the phone advised I should also send a list of which decisions I disagree with and why, which I have also now done. You see I was telling how it was and it's relevant the way I seen it from walking in the room But like this Lady said you could do with addressing what & why you disagree with what the Atos HP put in his report as it's easier reference for whoever is reviewing the MR. I'm just sending it all if they read it who knows.Thank you again Gordon, fingers crossed
