You have nothing to lose by including the evidence with your claim - it might even save it getting as far as an appeal!

Thank you for your advice, I have been reading a lot on the Forum pages and now I understand a little more on the PIP Claim system my take on it be it right or wrong is that ..You could have all the evidence in the World but if you answer questions in a manner that is diffrent to what is in Black and White ie PIP2 Form- by a person who is looking for a different answer by the way the question is asked You will score accordingly it's a Computer program at the end of the day that is why most genuine people get poor scores. It's about the verbal face to face, Where as the Appeal Board are People not a machine hence the 68% success rate "I think it is 68%". Mandatory you loose Points. So maybe it would be better to Save the ESA Assessment for When I end up at the appeal as it is viewed by real people. I say this because The HP and the way it works has to pass so many and fail so many hence it being called a Lottery which in my opinion it is. I am sorry if you feel I think it's Very stacked but I now understand what pressure people are put under first hand I feel like just putting the form in the bin I really thought I was having a heart attack ..is it worth it. You know I even got a text message saying "We have not received you Claim form yet if we don't your DLA Payments will Stop Soon, I've only had it a week But it goes on to say "if you've been intouch please ignore this text, So that's gave me More Anxiety as its no where near the date I was give yet, I understand this is a tactic to cause this now I really didn't realise PIP have got this bad, It's clever on there part and it Worked. I am still thinking of sacking the claim I was asked by a friend how long have I been ill, They are not aware of any PIP

There is no value in holding evidence back for an appeal, whilst revision rates at MR are low they do happen and you are reducing your chances by not presenting the best case you can.

I have just received my Face to Face which seems a very fast turn around as I was expecting it to be months rather than Weeks and it is now called Independ Assement Services, They wanted me to travel 20 miles but after that worry I can go local via me phoning them up And it's on same-day
So my question is how long is it before the HP reads my supporting evidence is it the hour before the assessment if at all as it is in 3 days and I've had the venue changed. It says in the new leaflet I can ask to see what is being written or told as the assessment is carried out but I have to wait until a dessission is made before I can ask for a copy of report, Can I not ask for this sooner I thought I could
Please advise ty This all sounds very nice and Professional but I so have my doubts. Have things changed for the better and no ones told me "I think not AL

If I remember correctly IAS (ATOS) require the claim form and evidence to be read before the assessment, how far in advance of the actual appointment this is may be down to the individual assessor.

You can request a copy of the report a couple of days after the F2F, so that it has time to be received by the DWP, just contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.
