Gordon I have asked for a paper tribunal, I couldn’t handle the Daily worry for 12 months waiting for an oral tribunal my partner agreed this would be to much for me.
My question is like with the Mandatory recommendation which I put at the top on all my appeal letters do I replace this with Trubunal Service as I feel what I have written to the DWP MR can not be improved and the thought of trying to add something that I feel I have exhausted is just adding to my constant worrying Gordon, I feel like i have done everything wrong yet people have said it was all well written but seems it was all ignored, So rewriting I have no idea where to start or find examples to see where I have gone wrong
Example Challenging an Atos award, I was awarded 2 points for making a meal, This was worded has a hot meal everyday using a microwave 2 Points. Yet I only eat processed food that I do not preparing ie Chopping up fresh food making a simple meal as this I can not do anymore I have had accidents in the past and explained I should have been awarded 4 points have I put my example across wrongly. This is just one example of what I thought I was addressing correctly.
I need to see examples to get the gist if i am wording wrongly
I don’t feel I have the energy or time to write and reference especially if I am doing it incorrect. Is it possible to ask the Tribunal services for more time as getting to see CAB is impossible in the time frame they are so very busy If I had something to reference to ie examples of correct challenges “wording I feel I might stand a chance to do something positive. But to me all my challenges seemed fair but I’m not clever enough to understand what is needed
Kind regards Al After all the effort, The constant worry stress the thought of is it really worth my health deteriorating and not to go through with this final stage with such little time would be just wrong of me. Is there my service that I could pay for that could genuinely help me. I’m just looking at what options I have Gordon

If you are happy that the letter you used for your MR was sufficient to explain why you should have scored higher, then feel to use it although I would encourage you to at least re-visit it before you send it to the Tribunal Service to make sure that you have made the most of the opportunity to explain your problems.
For example; your latest post talks about your problems with Preparing Food, the obvious omission from your comments is that you have not dealt with the issues of your using aids or receiving help from someone else, even if there is no one to provide the help.
Your scoring for this activity suggests that the DWP have scored you on this basis, so you really need to think about how you can deal with this issue if aids would not be of assistance and nor would help from someone else.

Hi again Gordon sorry to mither as I've just sent a message seeking advice to you.
But I have just phoned up the HM Courts &Tribunal Service about the time I have to send my Appeal submission I have my Bundle which they have now received but it's dated 12/01/2018 and I didn't receive this until Thursday 18th, with you saying that I have 1 month from the date on the DWP Submission to complete my own submission I asked the question regarding more time. The chap I spoken to said it does not need to be submitted with in a month and went on to say something about 14 days if you want to change your mind about an Appeal. So i said if it say takes me 6/8 weeks plus to submit what I need to that's ok with it being a Paper appeal he seemed to think thats fine. Can you just confirm how long I have please Gordon

The information given by the TS seems to consistent with an Oral hearing, not a Paper one, the key issue is that the claimant is not told that there hearing has been scheduled for a Paper hearing, so there is no 14 days warning.
My recommendation is to stick with the one month from the date of the DWP bundle.
