I have now received the report about my ESA support group (ESA85A). Previously they said was to be assessed in the medium term (18 months) however this time it recognises more the long term and incurable nature of my conditions and says 'work would be improbably in the long term'.

Does this mean I may now be in the group of people which are not going to be reassessed regularly for ESA, do you think? Or can i expect another reassessment in 3 years? Many thanks.

OB

I would expect you to be reassessed in three years under current policies.

At the moment there is no exempt group and no definition of who might be included if there were, nor any news of when this might change.

Yes, this is correct, as I called DWP today to check and they said 3 years. I also had an email from Maximus saying they had said not likely i future but it was up to DWP to decide and would probably be 3 years.
