Be aware that if you have not already sent you submission for the hearing that it must be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before the hearing.

Hi there
Was just going to ask same question. I have been waiting since March last year. I phoned tribunal service and they told me I am looking at another eight months at least!

Well, we went to the PIP Tribunal today. Friday 13th, and it's good news all round!! My daughter, who has epilepsy/dissociative seizures/anxiety was awarded enhanced rates for both categories AND they lengthened the review date to 3YRS . All this without having to say a word!
Honestly the panel and the clerk could not have been nicer. They gave us a quiet private room to wait in (as we requested) and when the clerk came to get us he told us the panel would only have a few questions. When we were taken in to see them, the Judge introduced herself and the other two members and told us they had already made their decision based on the evidence we had provided. Not one single question was asked! They handed us their decision there and then, and we said a polite thank you and left. Thank heaven that's over with. Now we can relax and breathe for a while.
Thank you Benefits and Work for all your help. We couldn't have done it without you!

Very pleased for you, well done.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to implement a Tribunal Decision, I would give them a call next week to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.
