Thank you Derek, it does help to know others understand the unfairness of this. As the compliance officer would not divulge the nature of the allegations it's difficult to even guess what has been alleged all we know is that it is compliance not fraud that they are looking at. I think it's really cruel to leave the phonecall for 12 days !! All the officer said was if the person has mental health issues and this is compounding them then they could get an appointee. This is all down to one person who believes they are "entitled" and others around them are not, how sad that person is. I will keep everyone updated and thanks again for the input, it really does help and I have passed all the positive accounts onto my relative. Thanks again, chazy
