Regarding my PIP claim, I have two doctors letters and am giving as much info as I can. I have an MRI result which was done in 2012.
Is this too old to include?
Also are any PIP decisions made without a f2f?
I’m terrified of having to attend one.

If the information testifies to your conditions as they are now then it's OK to include them, but make it clear that this is the case.

It is possible for a Decision to be made without a face to face being done, but it's unusual and will primary depend on how effective your information is in explaining your limitations.

Hi all
Just a quick question. My DLA to PIP started in September 2017 and my form was revived by DWP in early November 2017. How long does this process normally take. I haven’t had any notice of a medical.
Thanks

I would have expected it to have complete by now.

Start by contacting the Assessment Provider for your postcode

www.gov.uk/government/publications/pip-postcode-map-uk

Capita PIP Contact
www.capita-pip.co.uk/contact-us.aspx

IAS (ATOS) PIP Contact
www.mypipassessment.co.uk/contact-us/

If they are unable to help then contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.

I really do not want to contact them. My DLA is still in payment and I still have my Motability car at the moment.
I’ll keep you informed of any updates.

Plonker.

I was in the same boat as you over what your going through DLA to PIP and my DLA was still in payment I can assure you it doesn't any harm or anything you phoning them as to where your claim stands. I diden't won't to do it either but I did and it was all ok I know it's hard all this waiting but it won't cause any problems.Plonker.

I called the DWP PIP enquiry line and they gave me my decision over the phone and it had only been decided by a CM 4 days before best phone call I ever made even though it was hard at the time but glad I did it. Hope all goes well.

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.

Hi Gordon

Just looking clarification on something I read. In November 2017 was there a change regarding people with mental health problems not automatically having to attend a f2f if the claimant can provide evidence from GP etc that claim can be decided on the evidence supplied in the claim form?
