If it is actually from the DWP then it is even more bizarre as they have no authority whatsoever to push a Paper hearing.

Wonder if its anything to do with the amount of correspondence I have submitted to the Tribunal and DWP, that's just a guess of course, and I've actually got some more to send off too, or will I be able to use it on the Day of the Hearing, if our date comes through VERY soon........

You really need to make sure that everything you want to use for the appeal is with the TS no later than seven days before the hearing, they won't accept more than one side of A4 on the day and not always then.

Fortunately Gordon......The main bundle of Extra Medical Information is already with the Tribunal Service, it was sent Special Delivery a couple of weeks ago, so that one is O.K.....I've just got a couple of Specialist Letters which have arrived since, which may help us. I will photo copy them, and take the original with me as well, just in case......

You cannot "surprise" the panel with new evidence on the day, it's the surest way of having your hearing adjourned.

That's a very good point Gordon, I think I will not take any more " Extra Medical Information " with me now. Last thing we want is an adjournment, after waiting all this time to get this hearing. God knows when the next one would be, methinks......
