I will be posting the form off soon hopefully. The form and typed pages just say fit in the envelope provided but that should be ok. My form has to be in by next friday so I want to post it First class on Monday. How do people normally do this. I though of typing the address out on a piece of paper and fitting this over the window of the envelope and then sending it 1st class tracked post. Will that be OK do you think?

As long as the Post Office are happy then it's OK. :)

I just had a thought. I'm attaching a letter of support from a family member. Does it also need my Name and NIN please?

Yes, to make sure that it is attached to your claim.

I just had a letter from DWP to say they want a Face to Face at my home.
I have a deep distrust of these people and really do not want them coming to my house. I feel that it is an invasion of my privacy.
I know the location of the place where they usually do their assessments in my area and I am quite prepared to go to that place, even though it is not an ideal situation.
What are my options if I refuse please?

Providing this was the first appointment then you can ask for an appointment at the Assessment Providers offices. I would phone them so that you can make a mutually suitable appointment.

Be aware, that you must attend this new appointment or risk having your claim closed.

Also, a home assessment would have been offered because the AP believed you had significant physical or mental health issues that would prevent you attending at their office, refusing a home assessment may undermine their view of your problems.
