If you are struggling with the paperwork would it not be better to go instead of doing it on paper? Kind thoughts.

Thank you - I am sending in the additional info tomorrow recorded delivery - I will check on Tuesday next week that they have the papers with them then I will ask for a paper hearing then, will that be ok? Is that sufficient time?
If they are our rights, why do we have to fight for them?

Thank you Orangeblossom - I know what you mean - but I struggle with all of this full stop! I am even worse with people!!
I hate strange places, strange people, I hate Courts and even worse, justifying my being tbh - we should not have to go through this - I suffer anxiety and my health conditions just make things worse from a cognitive point of view....

Yes it will be fine, they will most likely use the current slot for your Paper hearing.

Well - they signed for my appeal papers this morning - so when do I let them know I want a paper hearing ?
