Gordon, even though I am awaiting my tribunal date, the collated medical evidence I have acquired since my PIP2 Claim and assessment/MR decision..(they do relate to old,) new, present health problems and disabilities stated in Claim form. I wondered should I send a copy to the DWP/PIP to, as it were, give them a chance to amend their zero award OR do I leave it to the tribunal now.
I was naive enough to presume PIP contacted my HCPs listed in Claim (as stated on the claim form accompanying leaflet and that they referred to the previous DLA medical assessment (which was far more accurate obviously since I got enhanced mobility) and my doctors report etc.
Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

You should not send any information to the DWP about your appeal, doing so is the surest way of having your hearing adjourned because the three parties have different information.

Send your information to the Tribunal Service and they will copy it on to the DWP.
