Hi 
Asked for an MR, asked for an extension as I hadn't been able to see my GP over the holidays, but then received an MR decision anyway. Panicked, freaked out, sorted it out, but was too worked-up to finish my letter that night. Currently on hour 70-something of wakefulness. Diazepam, knocking myself over the head with a heavy object, and hoping that sleep comes soon. So Tribunal is next, I guess. Will do that Monday. :/
