The information is on any letter that you have had from the DWP about your PIP claim.

Thank you Gordon

Is it the report from the health professional I saw today I can request?

Just been told I get a report with the decision letter what is that one? Is it explaining the decision makers decision

Is it a good idea to phone and ask for the report so I have it for future reference

Hells

Yes, it's the report from your face to face.

The Decision Letter will have the Decision Maker's Statement of Reasons.

Re your mobility - remember that you are comparing your ability with someone that has no problem. So can I suggest that if you need analgesia before you walk, need to stop for a rest due to pain, breathlessness or poor balance as you fall over, use any support rails, stick or even furniture to aid balance indoors that you state this on your form and verbally at interview, which you will probably attend in your wheelchair accompanied. Don't forget that any journey includes the return part to ensure you get back home safely.
Good luck.

Have received a text message today saying that DWP now have my health assessment report.
Should I be kind and give them a few days to read it, or can I phone the helpline tomorrow and request a copy of the report?

Thank you for your help

Your requesting a copy won't stop them reading it :)
