ESA assessment severely sight impaired was created by Lydz
Hello,
I'm due to have a medical assessment on Friday. I am registered as severely sight impaired due to retinitis pigmentosa.
I was just wondering if they will undertake a visual test at my assessment?

I've just had my assessment, do you know how long it takes for the report to be sent over to the DWP?

It usually only takes a couple of days for the report to be sent to the DWP.

I called today on the off chance that they have my report, and the gentleman I spoke to said that reports cannot be sent out until a decision has been made, is this correct?

There's no reason why the report can't be sent before the Decision, some ESA office will and others won't.
