Wait and see what you get and then make a Decision, most DMs don't make notes and if they do they don't get filed!

Appeal application letters have arrived
in section 5 grounds for appeal.

I have kept it short, but i still have about 6 pages of reasons why my son needs all the extra care prompting encouragment. and reassurance for his day and night time living.

by the way the dm for the mandatory reconsideration said reasurrance is not a deciding factor only guidance and supervision

is it best to just put 2 or 3 sentences in the appeal section
then take the 6 pages to the actual appeal hearing in person or include all the reasons (as the dwp get a copy of the appeal and may change there mind and give my son dla after looking at the appeal reasons.

thanks

I would keep it simple on the SSCS1 and just put a couple of sentences for each issue.

When you have received the DWP's submission you can then create your own based on the six pages that you have already produced. Your papers need to be with the Tribunal Service no later than 7 days before the hearing.
