Well received MR back no change even the reasons are the same. Not sure what to do now as it is for 3 years so they will call me back in 2. If I go for appeal will take 12 months is it worth the stress. Then again I live in the Midlands any idea how long it takes to go on line anyone tried this way ?.

The online system just allows you to register your appeal with the Tribunal Service, so you are only saving a few days.

I have decided to appeal as I don't think they have looked at the reliability and I didn't complete the 20/50 part in mobility it did take well over thier own guidelines I feel, plus all the side available to help me cook would not help my hands. Griping and lifting requiring strength or pressure causes shooting pains through my hands and wrists. Automatic reaction is to realise my grip I think this is a safety issue. Moving the mobility from 50 down to 20 is a big jump do you think this will be looked into as unfair ? Also Gordon I value your advise do I have a case or should I leave alone
