Hi Gordon
It's been 4 weeks since I sent in appeal, and DWP has this time to over turn or go to court. Could you please advise me what happens next and what information will I receive from them.
Thankyou xx

If you have not heard in a week then contact the Tribunal Service to see what is going on.

You will receive a copy of the DWP's submission, this contains all of the documents used in the making of the Decision; your claim form and anything attached, the assessment report and any information collected as part of the process. The DWP will provide details of their Decision and the law that was used to make it.

If you opt for a Paper hearing that you do not attend then you have one month from the date of the letter accompanying the DWP's submission for the Tribunal Service to receive your submission.

If you opt for an Oral hearing that you attend then can continue to send information until two weeks before the hearing.

In either case, try and send your information as one document.
