Thankyou very much for all the replies, it has set my mind at rest, at least on that aspect of the tribunal!

I can be very polite when needed! :) I will let you know how it goes on Monday.

Best wishes,
Rachel

Thanks Derek, I think it's just fear of getting it wrong and I will probably end up calling her Mum!

Now that would be embarrassing!

Rachel,

Their names will be on cards in front of them, I recall a couple of times during my tribunal that when one of them asked me a question I said, No Mrxxx thats not exactly what I mean, or that exactly what I mean Mrxxxx.

It came into the conversation very natually, dont ponder too much on this though, you will realise when you get there that this type of thing will come natual.

Hi Rachel

I really dont think you will have a problem here at all. You have always come across in all the posts that i have read as being a polite and very valued member in this forum. All you need to do is be yourself as you are a truly nice, genuine person and i am certain that this will be obvious to the panel. :)

I will be thinking about you on monday!!
Mm :) xx
Big hugs

i have been to a few tribunals, and i can not fault them with my experiences.

i think its the cleark that comes out to waiting room and updates you etc if there is any delay, or to tell u you will be sen in next 20 mins etc etc.

i only have good things to say about the tribunals service and recomend anyone to appeal a decsion they are not happy with.

you are in afect taking the dwp to court, i wish you well and i hope your case is upheld, and the dwp loose there case against you.
