Yers did that already --- well did it for a social fund appilcation as becuase of the case I can get insurance at less than £700 per year.

However you do make a good point on what you say.

Yes we are ok I suffered breathing problems afterwards and my wife went into shock but we are fine.

This is not the first time my absent mindedness has resulted in problems.

Wekk guess what no movements from the Tribunal at all. Position remains the same. It is now over a year since the remitted case was quashed by the upper tribunal and for the other claims was was amde in December 2008! Real frustration and caught in a ctch 22 with the case part heard by the Tribunal and what happened (see previous posts). Orginal claim period is 2003!! Just crazy but there we are. I get somewhat frustrated and I know the system at that!!
