Well I now have a date for the nexct part of my Tribunal. It was adjourned part heard in early March so that is aroud 7 months ago by the time of thew hearing. Can I remember anything about the hearing? Not a lot really!

Only went through one claim in the day. Now it means going through everything again and going through the living hellt hat I suffered which gave rise to the needs which is going to set me back tremendously. I've alresy got tearful with it all and only got thre letter yesterday (thursday).

Well I will keep you all informed and lets see what happens.

Im fed up!! Let me tell you what hasd happened. I recieved a notice for the hearting schduled for today. Then I recived another eltter informing me of lsiting for November. I naturally assumed they had rescheduled. HOW WRONG I WAS!! It turns out they had split one of the claims off!

I recevied a telephone callf rom the Clerk asking why I was not there. I explained ity was in November and it was at this stage I became aware. My rep was not avaialble and in fact had not done any recent prepreation on it due to the November date. They rang me back and told me they would deal with it in my absence.

Do I feel badly treated? Yes I do. I willh ave to await the decision notice.

Yes ok I mesed up because the reference number of the November hearing was different but to be honest6 I did not look at that. Its go some complex as it is!!

Thanks for keeping us posted. How awful the way they split the claims into different hearings without making it clear what they were doing. I really hope this all works out well for you in the end, after all that you've been through.
