Well thanks for your support. I just typed in a message and it just disappeared half way thorugh lol!

The Tribunal decided that I was not wentiutled tob enefit from my intial date of claim so that means that any alleged change of circumstances cannot arise. There is clear caselaw on this (R v Mote and R V Lakhu). Freom that perspective it means that there is still a strong case for the Court of Appeal. If I got that out of the way that would be half the battle as it would also affect the SRA case.

You can see allt his interlkniung is a nightmare ie.. Tribunal--->Court of Appeal---->Solicitors Regulation Authority===> ILEX and then full circle.

I would have preferred to be out there fighting for other people rights than having to sort my own out as you cam imnagine the immense stress and effect upon my health this all has had.

However I am still undertaking an academic course now so at least that takes me mind off it someowhat but theres a great problem with motivation etc with all this still up in the air.

Anhow I will keep everyone posted.

Ron

IO finally ran out of steam on this and really need to get on with my life. The system is often stacked aganist you. My appeals failed at the lower level again and although there were pontential errors of law I really could not motivate myslef to be embroailed again in it all.

Since I have done this I have felt much improved and now doing advice work in the benefits, housing and debt fields again. I recenlty obtained the Certificate in Money Advice Managmenent.

I thank everyone for their support on here but feel this will be my last post on this subject but I will be around generally anyhow.

I have just read the whole of this thread and am appalled at the way you have been treated  Although it seems wrong to let them 'get away with it', I understand your need to put it behind you and move on and hope that you will be able to do so.
