Thanks for that. I was basically blowing off steam on this and was aware to a alrge extent what you kindly stated. Presenlty awaiting written reasons for decision. However as there had been a deterioration in her condition we submitted a claim on line. However today DLA inform us that a) they wrote to us follwing the Tribunal hearing (No letters recived!) and they had no knowlege of the new claim. Good job I kept a copy of the application and reference number! We will wait with bated breath what happens.

On my own scenario I have a tribunal hearing in early June. This is from the previous adjourned hearing so I await with bated breath whether the issues get dealt with on this day or will we run into another day? Due to this occuring my medical treatment (Psychologist) has had to be suspended until this is dfealt with as the idea of the CBT is to look forward to the future but all I am doing at these ptribunals is covering the past. I feel I am caught in no man's land.

Well my Tribunal date fast appraches and I am getting rather apprehensive. It doesn'tr help there a srew up on my medication in that there is a probelm getting the supplies from the masnufacturers!! As this refers to the anti depressants I feel crap but caught a bit in a vicuos circle. I will make appt with my GP but feel like I have gone backwards.

Did I say the Tribunal asked me what my favourite websites were? I was put on the spot and couldsn't think. I could have always said it was this one mind you lol!!

The new Tribunal is listed for another full day and really this is going to be more about the crus of the issues as far as I am concerned. Anyhow thanks everyone for your support through this painful procedure.

Anyhow as always I will remain in touch.

Hi Everyone

Well my adjourned part heard Tribunal hearing WAS due to be heard next week but received a callt hat one of the Tribunals members is unfit toa ttend and as the case is part heard it has to be adjourned again.

I do fully understand the problem but it will soon bew a year since the UT quashed the LT decision and it is getting rather frustrating.

Just a genweral comment to make my frustration known. At the end of the day 2003 when this claim runs from is getting a long time ago.

Hi Ron,

Have you contacted the regional tribunal service office to find out what's happening? I'm afraid the huge number of ESA appeals is slowly dragging the whole system down.

I did contact the regional Tribual office but essentailly told as this is a aprt heard case willh ave to wait until the members concerned is fit and able to sit on the tribunal. I will be honest I havbe never come accross this before. I represented cleints in thwe past at many tribunals but of course none went part heard!!

I had a real disaster today. I left something on the cooker in my attempt to cook and gutted the kitchen. The placve was on fire had toh have the fire briagade and the ambulance service. This is my absent mindedness. Its nearly happened before thats why generally my wife does not let me cook!

Aynhow I will keep you informed of developments.
