The HCP said he didn't understand why I had been called in (does that mean he knows i'm unwell or knows i'm well?) because I explained myself very well in the form (thanks to B&W) and my Gp gave a good detailed report (which surprised me because she refused to write a report for me and I feel our relationship is not the best).

So that must mean that your HCP had access to your completed ESA50. Is that usual, I wonder?

I thought the HCPs just based their assessment on the results of their own examination.

Anyway, it sounds to me as though you don't have much to worry about. :)

Thanks Mark for your optimism. He did tell me he read it and he actually quoted something from it, commenting that I was very precise.

A HCP cannot possibly assess your disability without knowing what disability you claim to have, hence it's necessary to carefully read the ESA50 and all the evidence you forward.
