Hi nik

I know how worrying it must be for claimants migrating from IB to ESA. May I suggest that as you haven't yet been asked to transfer, you familiarise yourself with the form and the process, consider who you are going to ask to provide evidence, e.g. your GP, for the time being and read through the B&W guides in the orange Members Only section, which you can also download.

Regards

Michael

Hi Nik

I'm sorry but we aren't able to offer advice on specific questions, other than those in the B&W guides.

Please see here -

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/faq/forum-faq#specific

You should consider seeking advice from a Welfare Rights Officer at an Advice Centre

Hi Nik,
In regards to dla it is about the care and support you need in regards to your illness, not the actual illness itself. Check out the dla guides in the memebers area, lots of luck. My aunt has secondary progressive ms and is housebound and the dwp are harassing her beyong limits!
