Isn't it just. Try and get some rest, the one show he did about benefits was a real hoot (not), should have seen one media report today though, 20 per cent of the rioters are on incpacity and dla where do they get their info? Anyway, good luck with your form. Just start thinking how you will fill it in, or try and get someone to help you if you can. If you do get called for a medical can anyone accompany you to it if it goes that way?

Hi Bluemidget This Forum is great and loads of help and info and words of understanding, if you going to complete form yourseldf just take your time. I`v just got help from my local CAB which has a CAB Advisor appointment system at the local Doctors surgery. The CAB officer will help do the form. I know some people have mixed views on using CAB Advisor but they might also know of an organisation in your area that deals with your particular disabilties and can also help,, good luck with it all, meantime try not to worry enojoy Jeremy Kyle...

Hey have you seen the website HM Government
e-petitions www.epetitions.direct.gov.uk you can search different petitions to sign and if you put in ATOS it brings a few already listed or you can actually list your own epetition and send the link around friends family forums ect.

Hi Martin,
Does your surgery have a practice manager? If so, how about contacting him/her to complain about the gp if that is what you want to do. Also, try and sit down with him and explain what you are upset about and tell him about the lack of info on the esa113 form on page 2, that you are appealling and the stress and worry that is causing you. Ask gp to write a letter of support for your appeal. If he won't and if you have other gp's in your sugery speak to one of them instead. Good luck with it.

thanks paula, thats what im going to have to do is sit & explain to him. i thought he understood when i saw him about it before he was sent the 113. i really dont want to alienate him by going to a practice manager or other doctor. im just nervous about how to word it without getting his back up by basically blaming him & his lack of info on the form.

thanks anyway

martin
