just got report from atos medical

I have changed my gp, but not the surgery.
when I move here 3 years ago, the gp they allocated asked me the first time I saw her 'so what do you do for work'
this was the first question she asked when I walked through the door and sat down.
and when I said I dotn work due to feeling ill, etc, she tutted and said, 'you look like a young fit woman to me'
and she was all groomed and made up, designer clothes about my own age,..etc
so I felt like poop after seeing her.
I now have aman GP at the same surgery. he seems much nicer, but I would feel embarrassed to talk to him about my health and my abuse in the past, which has made me like this nerve trouble, as well as physical illness.
I think he might well judge me and not be kind to me anymore. same as everyone else.
so I have to see him later. and I willt ry and explain, but dont know how to explain without making him think Im a hyperchondirac or looking for excuse not to get off lazy bum and work.

As suggested you should contact an Agency that can give you help either over the phone or face to face.

I suffer from CFS (as well as many other medical problems) and I find belonging to the group Action for ME a great help. You might find it interesting to put "Action for ME" into Google, as they have a lot of information on their website.

i have cfs and fibromyalgia and have just filled in medical questionairre to migrate from ib to esa. i have symptoms that vary from hour to hour and am praying that the atos know about this condition. some days i just am in pain and fatigued i couldnt even go out of house let alone work.
