If you are speaking in general terms that would be fine, but the forum cannot accept plagiarism of any description to enhance their own claim/appeal.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Stephen.

Thanks for your comment yesterday in a different thread. I expect you will have already read the wicked witch's  success story this morning - so there is some hope out there.

Best wishes.

Catherine,
thanks.I wasn't meaning to offend anyone( moderator) with a previous comment. No, I'm encouraged by wicked witches' great outcome. So, apologies to crazydiamond. Are telephone interviews
acceptable to Jobcentreplus staff, for agoraphobics, such as myself? (for WFI'S)

Yes indeed, one must be very careful not to run away with replication of what any other claimant has written in terms of facts, simply to enhance any appeal. At worst it will be illegal, and at best it will discredit the claimant concerned if this is identified. It is most important to know and present your own facts, in your own way, and in the light of knowledge abouit the criteria that enables you to know you have an arguable claim and helps you ensure you truthfully describe your difficulties with the criteria in mind.
Keeping a diary of difficulties, keeping copies of your own medical records, keeping on good terms and in regulkar contact with your doctors, are by far the best way to maximise your prospects of being allocated Support Group status

Just relating to the original topic, I was wondering say if you have been put into WRAG group based on contributions and attended the 6 work related interviews within the year, and then got transferred to income related ESA, do you continually have to go to those interviews or do you just go to the first 6?
