Finding it: Google maps 'pin' is the wrong side of the road and sign on building is only about A3, under the overhang of the building's upper floor. It is beside the exit buslane from the shopping centre, car access about 70 metres west of door off Avebury Bvd. into parking strip.
Parking: Immediately by the door there is 'red zone' £2 per hour parking, however staff seemd to be checking with everyone whether they had paid for parking. Most of the nearest bays are designated for electric cars, however there are two Blue Badge bays beside the pedestrian crossover roof thing maybe 50 metres to the door. Big multistorey the other side of the buslanes.
Access:Pavement is level with an extremely shallow ramped area to the door. Push button automatic opening door to get in so probably feasible if you are on your own in a wheelchair.Sing le fully accessible toilet beside water dispenser just beyond reception desk though you may need help with door if it is shut. Whole place is ground floor.
Be warned, our trip was wasted as no check had been made by ATOS that any assessor was prepared to be tape recorded although they acknowledged they had had due notice and our tape recorders were fine. We have been rebooked for Hitchin. [Hope this will not be misconstrued as anything personal it is just fact]
