thanks so much for your response, i think ile stick to the oral appeal,. ,, as you said they will be able to see for themselves how i am ,, i do think as terrifying as its going to be at least if i fall to pieces whilst there . ide prefer that than doing so over the phone as ide imagine it would be awkward if i was unable to speak due to being so anxious ,it would probably be a very long phonecall,.lol. .

just a update ,, ive finaly had my date for pip tribunal ,after a wait of 18+ weeks from them recieving my letter of appeal,. its for the 11th of november at 2pm ,, not looking forwar to it dreading it infact , been a long road and stressfull one at that,. will update how i get on ,,just like to say thanks to gordon and mrs h and everyone whos been kind enough to give me advice and support,. hope everyone going through this battle gets what they feel there entitled to ,,good luck ,everyone ,,
