TOPIC: ESA Renewal and regulation 29 and 35

ESA Renewal and regulation 29 and 35 2 months 1 week ago #169418

Hi Derek4 thank you for the reply

I did ask my GP and she said that she didn't have anything from them,I suppose the could of sent something to my pain specialist.

That's strange that they would request it after the decision,But that's the DWP for you they seem to do things backwards.
I sent more information after I sent my ESA50 form and they didn't receive it but I know they did because I sent it by recorded delivery it was a good job that I took it to the WCA and handed it to the assessor.

Thank you fingers crossed did you get yours overturned when it went to MR process,I hope you did.

Thank you again and i wish well for the future.

No, they threw the decision back at me, put the appeal was a whitewash - placed pack in the support group!

Good luck with your WCA.

It so wrong the way we get treated,
I don't think many get it overturned at the MR stage I think that should be changed the way they do that process to.

Well done for fighting it and getting the decision changed good for you.

Thank you again Derek and all the best to you

I had some good news today I have been put in a support group I don't know how long for :)
I had my WCA two weeks ago today (South Wales)

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me especially Gordon thank you if I could buy you a pint or i could shake you hand over the internet I would cheers and thank you again.

Can I still ask for for any paper work from them to see how they came to the decision ?

From the 18th of May right up to now that's all I could think about it has not helped me with my pain and with my sleep,I know what you are all going through and it shouldn't have to be like this when making a ESA claim,I wish you all the best of luck and I have my fingers crossed.
I really don't know what I would of done if I didn't have had this site and all the good adive that was given to me.

Thank you again ,I really have appreciated it :)

Really pleased for you. :)

You can request a copy of your assessment report by contacting the DWP office that dealt with your claim The prognosis is used to set the reassessment date.
