sent my ESA50 form for 9th of sept 16 deadline

As I said to someone else on here, be proactive and contact Maximus, they were helpful to me, and I too had a favourable outcome.

It was good I did track my claim, as they sent my ESA113 to my old doctor from 3 years ago, in a completely different part of the country!!

If you're up to it, phone them.

Esa confirmed they had received my form on 8th March 2016 and I have heard nothing since. I'm still receiving my payments so guess it is just a waiting game........

I sent mine back in May, (an ESA50 review). Been in Support Group 4 years. I was worrying but seeing how long people have waited I guess it is as others have said, a waiting game, sadly.

I sent mine back 2 months ago and haven't had even a letter to say they got my ESA59 claim pack , I guess they did as I've not had a reminder , it only took 6 weeks when I sent it in 2013 . Did you get a letter saying they had received your pack ?

Hi , I was starting to worry about my ESA50 taking so long but reading on here lets you know you are not the only one kept waiting , it's been 2 months and I haven't even had a letter saying they got my pack . Still getting money so they must have it or I would be getting reminders or stopped payments .
