Some of the Benefits and work documents I am trying to read seem to need Windows Office. Am I doing something wrong. I'm not very good with computers.

Our documents are in two formats

PDF which can be read with Adobe Reader and

DOC which requires MS Word or an equivalent. There are several free office applications available or you can use Word online for free using the following link,

office.live.com/start/Word.aspx

Download the document to your PC first.
