PIP MANDATORY RE-CONSIDERATION was created by Aggie
My daughter(Fibro) received the mandatory reconsideration answer today,
she has to go to Tribunal!!!!!!
This is killing the whole family, it has sent me back to seek mental help again, she is in such a state I just don't know how to do this anymore

I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post in other people's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.
Have a look at the PIP MR & Appeal guide. It has links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and instructions on how to complete it.
