Hi,. I have just comp!etedand sent the form in on my husband's behalf as he has learning difficulties and memory problems. I have since remembered other problems that affect of him regularly. I am unwell myself and suffering from depression and found doing the the form was very stressful . can I send in additional information and will it be considered when making decisions about the award.? Would be gratefully for any advice!.

Yes you can.

Either send it now to the same address as the PIP2 or wait for an appointment for an assessment and send it to the relevant Assessment Provider. In either case take a copy of the information to any face to face and ask the assessor to read it and include it his file before they start the interview.
