ESA Assessment result and procedure question

I suffer from multiple health conditions, both physically and mentally.

I recently had my ESA assessment but the assessor only asked questions about my mental health conditions.
I filled the ESA form throughly using the guides here and explained all my conditions and provide them with supporting documents.

after the assessment when I enquired why they didn't ask any questions about my physical conditions and their effects on my life,I was told that the assessment about my mental health conditions were enough and they will recommend support group.so it was not necessary to go through other conditions.

is it accurate? can the assessor recommend someone to support group directly ? what will the decision maker do in such situations? I'm aware the decisoon maker is a different person and section,so what will happen if the decision maker disagree with recommendation of the assessor and refuse me support group?
(since I haven't been tested for my other conditions at the assessment)

I'm not convinced that the assessor has latitude to ignore sections of the ESA50, however, if they are recommending that you meet an SG Descriptor for questions 11-17 then there is no specific requirement for them to look at the physical activities, as you only need to meet one of the SG Descriptors to receive an award.

Unless there is a fundamental mistake in the justification by the assessor I would expect the Decision Maker to follow their recommendation.
