Sending appeal form was created by Cj
About to send appeal Request form, plan to send GP letter, summary of what I disagree with on
Mandatory Reconsideration Notice, and brief history of my health issues and work life. Should I send any copies of my original letters to DWP and or parts of esa50 which I don't think were recorded properly in assessors medical report. Also I may get a representative to help, can I say that I will inform them in writing in the future if I get a rep?

Hi Cj,
You don't have to send a lot of information with the appeal request form (SSCS1). We always suggest that you leave your full submission until you have received a copy of DWP's submission so that you can provide a rebuttal.
At some stage you will be sent an evidence 'bundle' containing everything that DWP has relating to your claim. If you think anything is missing you should notify the Tribunal Service.
This is all explained in detail in our guides.

I see, I thought I had to provide things at first, my GP is already writing his opinion for at the moment. Date wise I suppose I should send it now,?

We always suggest that you do not leave submitting the SSCS1 form until the last minute in case of delays in the postal system. Other than that, it is up to you whether you want to send it now or leave it until later.
If/when you have further evidence to add to your submission, you can send it in to the Tribunal Service up to one week before the date of the hearing.
