I rang PIP a decision has been made today but due to the information needing to be uploaded from a different area they can't tell me the results and I need to ring back tomorrow if I want them to read the letter or wait til it arrives. Its all suddenly very real and scary again. She said she'd try see if any payments were due but couldn't see that either so fingers crossed that doesn't mean none are due! Do they post 2nd class? I'll definitely ring tomorrow, feel like hibernating until then to pass the time.

There can be several days between a Decision Letter being requested for printing and it actually being printed and sent to the claimant so I think you are probably in this phase at the moment. hopefully the information will be available on the DWP computer system tomorrow.

is it normal then for information to not be available to the telephone assistant for a while? I hope it is there tomorrow. When I get stressed I tend to start shutting down and go into sleep mode.

Sorry, yes, until the Decision Letter is printed the Decision won't appear on the computer system.

Sorry, yes, until the Decision Letter is printed the Decision won't appear on the computer system.

dont apologise that is actually quite comforting to know! Means when she said no payment info can be seen yet it means literally that and not no payment because you failed. So I can tick that off my list of things to obsess about! Thank you.

well i got result low care no mobility!
I swear the assessor must have had a body swap after my medical. During the medical he kept saying things like to be clear you cant do this that and the other due to pain, dizziness etc and during the physical I had to sit down abruptly twice because I thought I was going to faint. He made sure I held on the table so I didn't fall over. I sat there with a dislocated wrist.
I was on high rate care low mobility life awards on DLA.
I need to do MR but I hear thats most likely to fail and need to go tribunal. I feel numb. He seemed so nice and like he really understood. Have ordered the medical report.
