I'd like to take this opportunity to wish the B&W team and forum members a magical Christmas.

Thank you for your support, help and guidance. The posts are really helpful and encouraging. I don't think that anyone can fully appreciate how stressful and debilitating the whole process is unless they've been through it. The forum makes you feel that you're in it together.

Thank you B&W for your hard work and being a lifeline for so many people.

ok, so had ATOS assessment on 23rd Dec..not what I expected, hardly asked anything I thought, i.e. getting around, preparing and cooking, showering etc. Anyway, when do you think I could call for a copy of report?

Hope that is the case, I did give a full account of the issues on the 'how your disabilities affect you' ...although, as you and Mrs Hurtyback have stated before..............its pure guess work as to what the DWP/ATOS think or assume ! I was just surprised that she didnt ask much at all really. I will ring them tomorrow I think

Hi again, how do I find out which office is dealing with my claim? the number of the initial letter is just the general 0345 number....sorry to be thick.
