Your previous post makes a reference to JSA, are you receiving this? If this is the case then it part of your Commitment with your JC+ office that you will seek work.
If your GP is prepared to provide a new Fit Note then you can present this and be excused from your commitment for up to 13 weeks, if not then you must comply at risk of having your JSA sanctioned on even your claim closed.
