Mobility.plan and follow was created by Andrew Fitzgerald
According to the decision maker I can plan and follow a journey unaided. Does the follow mean actual walking or just in my head? I can plan a journey easy. But couldn't follow it by walking without help or aid from someone as I fall and cannot get up again. But at appeal will they say that they mean to plan and follow it in your head? I am very confused by this as no points were given but I can't do it on my own. Could someone please help me with this one?
