Mobility.plan and follow was created by Andrew Fitzgerald
According to the decision maker I can plan and follow a journey unaided. Does the follow mean actual walking or just in my head? I can plan a journey easy. But couldn't follow it by walking without help or aid from someone as I fall and cannot get up again. But at appeal will they say that they mean to plan and follow it in your head? I am very confused by this as no points were given but I can't do it on my own. Could someone please help me with this one?

Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Form what you have said, I assume you are talking about a claim for PIP, is that correct?

There are 2 mobility questions -

'Planning and following a journey' deal with claimants who have cognitive, sensory and/or mental health problems only. You will not score points here for purely physical diagnoses.

The second question is the one that relates to physical problems.

Our PIP guide explains the criteria against which you are being assessed

May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions or comments about your PIP without having to start a new topic each time. We ask members to keep everything relating to the same claim in one topic as it helps us enormously - and I hope you will find it useful too :)

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
