Yes there are provisions in place in Northern Ireland to cover reduced or refused PIP claims for current DLA claimants.

Yes there a fund if you lose out with pip n.i. not sure if I fall into this category. My new rate for pip living care is higher than than what I got on total dla.Yet I lost mobility.I.E got £78.90 total dla now get £82. Enhanced rate pip .Wonder can I claim for pip mobility with ni fund. Thanks.

Your PIP payments need to be more than £10/week less than your DLA ones were.
